Waking up
I find it odd that I still feel myself tired no matter how long I sleep. I keep forgetting that. I feel no less sleepy waking at 7 or 6 than if I woke at 5. The benefits of waking at five a numerous to me. But information I picked up unconsciously always advises me to sleep more therefore getting more rest. But times like this, when I feel sleep and weariness at 13:41 in the afternoon. I kick myself. If I had woken up at 5, I would have done 2 practices, felt a sense of accomplishment and looked forward to my day. I still have felt sleepy and weary but I would have had something to blame for the feeling.
Wonderful thing exercise but all the unconscious misinformation regarding resting is putting my routine in jeopardy.
And the weekend adventure is pulling me down again. And the comment about the picking up the baby is eating into myself esteem if I let it.
