Hair regime - week 2

Amala oil prepoo apply onto hair (ends) detangle with finger. Bag for at least 45 mins to 1 hour bag it – walk dogs

Shampoo, condition with Skala keratin detangle, seal end with olive oil. Under drier for less than 30 minutes max.

Detangle with comb.

Rinse out applyAveda's Damage Remedy Intensive Reconstructing or Be Curly™ Conditioner leave for not more than 15 minutes then rinse out.

Towel dry, only braid hair when completely dry.

Few drops Infusium 23 Treatment Original + small drop Skala leave in conditioner in the morning after shower / wetting hair.

Every 6 weeks or more ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment.  Then deep moisturising conditioner under drier not more than 20 minutes.
