And every year I search for it
Recording to watch and watch again
It’s not just the hair or clothes that get me
Or the music or the films that make it
Its fairy dust that happily ever after
That chase your dreams that it can happen to you too
And all those lovely clichés
You don’t have to have had the best of chances
Just plenty of luck and perseverance
