I love the rain
It showers outside free from four walls with the sky for a roof
Catch the rain drops in the cup of my palms
Look up to see through wet lashes
Touch me like blessings from above
Sweet drops from the sky
Drenched through the skin
Skips when it hits the ground
Dances in puddles bare or flat footed
Warm tropical heavy rain the sun shinning through
Green lush warm clay muddy brown
Frigid cold prickly rain cold fingers numb
Perfect rain music making
