Kick the habit of self-criticism
1. Praise, praise, praise there's always something to praise, in everyone. You're in the best position to know how hard you work, how well you do, how many things you succeed in and how much you care.
2. Use affirmations They must always be in the present tense, as though they were already true.
3. Repeat, repeat, repeat how many times during the day you remember something upsetting. Well that’s how often you’ve got to start remembering the good things about yourself.
4. Notice the good stuff too busy focusing on the one awful thing that happened in the day to notice the kind comment. Notice them now, replay them to yourself often, write them down. Go back once a week and read them all, you’ll glow!
