I refuse to let my life begin with a full stop
There has to be a way around this
I am thankful for the little things
Like getting out of bed and getting to work

I must remember to pay attention to happy times
When times feel light and I feel invincible
When everything is breezy and knocks feel like an exciting activity

This is not me my voice shouts in my head this is not me

I ride it usually, just let it happen and get over with
Sometimes the wave gains momentum and swells larger and higher
Sometimes it barely makes a ripple it just gently laps at my consciousness

There really has to be away out
A logical manual of how to pick yourself out of it
How to more than function

I find routine works sometimes
Doing the same thing
Same time sometimes not

There has to be away in spite of it
In spite of IT

Millions of people do it
Billions of people do it
My chances are good
I can beat this
