Maria Babangida

A great woman died today
She had a great many admirers and twice as many detractors
She moved many to great jelousies she was a force of nature
Hers was a humble begininng as is usually the case
She married a nobody young with no great prospects or education to speak of
What they both had her own personal blessing was a hunger
She had a voracious appetite
she was ruthless and relentless
She may have had many weaknesses
I do not know of one
She was a market trader
She became a Presidents wife
She battled cancer and won
Today Maria is dead
