support, protect and fight for each other
Understanding how patriarchy {Societies in which women defer to men; societies run by men and based on the assumption that men naturally directed political, economic, and cultural life} has got under our skin, women are crabs in a bucket
Strong motivators pull each other down to where it is sad, safe and familiar
· fear of not being liked
· fear of being alone
· fear of the consequences of escaping
· standing up for your rights and life
Other women are compelling, they matter a lot
Talented but not full of her self, successful but yet not too rich, kind but not a walkover, slim but not thin, curvy but not fat and so on
Women are held back by our inability to accept role models
Jealousy runs through our veins when we look at successful women
